We do not have a showroom. We discuss orders, configurations and delivery by phone or messaging app.
A finished piece in stock may be dispatched on the same day. Making or personalizing a piece takes up to three weeks after the order details are agreed.

The more detail you include in your first inquiry, the fewer follow-up questions we need and the sooner we can confirm the configuration, price and estimated timeline.
If you have not chosen a model yet, tell us who the piece is for, the occasion and your approximate budget.

After your inquiry
We do not begin work until the main specifications of the piece have been agreed.
The model, configuration, engraving, preferred date and delivery method.
We provide the price and estimated production time.
After checking the piece, we pack it securely and hand it over to Nova Poshta.
Frequently asked questions
A finished piece in stock may be dispatched on the same day. Allow up to three weeks for production or personal engraving. Nova Poshta transit time is additional.
Yes. Engraving is usually placed directly on the blade or on a metal plaque on the stand. We agree on the text, size and placement before work begins.
Only by separate agreement. The estimated time is 2–3 months; development of the master model and tooling is charged separately from the piece itself.
We check the finished piece, pack it and send it via Nova Poshta. The recipient pays for delivery; its cost may not be included in the cart total. If additional paid packaging is needed, we agree on it before dispatch.
