Delivery by Nova Poshta

We ship orders within Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Available options include branch collection, a parcel locker or delivery to an address, provided the chosen option is available for your piece and location at checkout.

When we dispatch

A finished piece that is already in stock can sometimes be dispatched on the day the order is confirmed. If a model needs to be made, modified or personalized with engraving or an inscription, preparation for dispatch takes up to three weeks after the specifications have been agreed and the required payment received. Any different timeframe is agreed before order confirmation. Nova Poshta transit takes additional time depending on the destination.

Cost

The recipient pays for delivery at Nova Poshta’s rates. Delivery is not included in the product price and may not appear in the cart total. If checkout displays an automatic shipping estimate, it is approximate and may not include packaging or certain carrier services, including cash on delivery. If your piece requires additional paid packaging, we will tell you the cost and agree on it with you before dispatch. We will not dispatch the order without your agreement to any additional costs.

Receiving and returning your order

We recommend inspecting the parcel on receipt. If you notice transit damage or an issue with the order, file a report with the carrier if possible and let us know. Inspection at the branch does not limit your legal right to contact us later. Return conditions and instructions are available on our returns page.

The sole proprietor’s registered address is not a collection point or a returns address.
